You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451. For this reason, guests should state their expected arrival time during their booking using the special request box. Please note that additional costs may apply when you check-in/out outside of the given times. The hotelier will contact the guests after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. This apartment is located in an authentic historical building with very steep and narrow stairs.
